We pride ourselves in offering a personalized service; custom cuts and special requests are always welcomed. We have two location: The Butcher (Upper Gibsons behind the Blackfish Pub) and The Butcher Express (The Gibsons Public Market).

Our vision was to create a neighbourhood butcher shop where you would want to stay and visit.  Where you would see old friends and take a moment to catch up.  We want to help you with your dinner and/or entertaining plans. We want to be part of your life and routine.
